A senior Onboarding Specialist will personally call you to welcome you, verify your details, and answer any initial questions, establishing a human connection from the start.
With your permission, our specialist coordinates directly and respectfully with your family in Pakistan to schedule a convenient time for our field team to visit them at their convenience.
Two uniformed, background-verified field officers will conduct an in-person visit. This involves assessing the home environment for safety, understanding specific medical needs, noting routines, and identifying potential risks while building rapport with your loved ones.
Our operations team designs a customized protection plan based on the assessment. This plan details standard procedures, pre-registers your family with local hospitals and ambulance services, and maps out emergency response routes.
Your family is assigned a dedicated Family Manager who serves as your single point of contact. You will receive their direct contact information for clear, real-time communication.
You receive a final confirmation via email and WhatsApp. Your family's supervision is now live, and our 24/7 emergency hotline and operational infrastructure are on standby for them.
